Hengqin-Macao Carnival Concludes: Honest Medical Group Demonstrates their Expertise in Precision Health Management Pioneering
The Hengqin Macao Traditional Chinese Medicine Cultural Street Carnival, held from November 9 to 10, 2024, garnered significant attention and was successfully
concluded. This event not only celebrated the rich heritage of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) culture but also underscored the deepening collaboration and joint development between Hengqin and Macao. The bustling carnival featured six themed zones—entertainment, exhibition, cuisine, shopping, health, and wellness each offering
unique attractions and immersive experiences. These zones collectively demonstrated the seamless integration of TCM with contemporary advancements in healthcare, emphasizing the progression toward precision health management.
The opening ceremony was attended by distinguished guests including: Mr. Ho Iat Seng, Chief Executive of Macao SAR; Ms. Yu Yanhong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Mr. Zhang Guozhi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Lei Wai Nong, Secretary for Economy and Finance of Macao SAR Government and Executive Committee Director of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, Ms. Ao Ieong U, Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture of Macao SAR Government and Deputy Director of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone Management Committee, Mr. Wang Sidong, Chairman of China Taiping Insurance Group, Mr. Liu Decheng, Director of the
Economic Affairs Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in Macao SAR, Mr. Li Kedong, Deputy General Manager of China Taiping Insurance Group, Ms. Guo Yile, Deputy Secretary-General of Guangdong Provincial Government, Mr. Huang Zhihao, Deputy Secretary of the Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Zhuhai, Mr. Nie Xinping, Deputy Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee's Hengqin Working Committee, Director of the Guandong Provincial Hengqin Office, and Deputy Director of the Executive Committee of the Cooperation Zone, among other leaders. Nearly 2,000 attendees, including TCM experts, representatives from leading pharmaceutical enterprises, and residents from Mainland China and Macao, participated in the event.
